Commentary on ACIM Lesson 206

©2010 Rev. David Seacord

The salvation of the world depends on me. (review)

Because I am God's Son, and because you are too, we are the vehicles of holiness in this world. It is our mission to distribute God's Love to all beings, and to teach all who have forgotten 'the Brotherhood of Man' the way to regain it. That way is found in the ability to forgive.

In this world, much calls for this forgiveness, as the son of man still lives in a dream of insane separation and suffering, one from another. Therefore, the opportunities for the Sons of God to serve are endless. Never is there a mistake as to where we each are placed, or what curriculum it is now our time to learn. For God is the Wholeness and the Holiness of all beings, excluding no one.

To love my brother as my self requires only I remember neither he nor I are the bodies we see. Then is his spirit visible to be seen, and then is the way to heal each other immediately obvious.

Today, let us remember we are whole in the eyes of God, and thus, give the gift of that wholeness to the world.

Namaste,

David

Lesson 206

I am not a body. I am free.
For I am still as God created me.

(186) Salvation of the world depends on me.

I am entrusted with the gifts of God, because I am His Son.
And I would give His gifts where He intended them to be.

I am not a body. I am free.
For I am still as God created me.
